Currently we accept orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
It depends on where you are. All our items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed.
- The Netherlands: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after after shipping.
- Belgium: Estimated delivery time is 2 -4 business days after after shipping.-
- Germany: Estimated delivery time is 2 -5 business days after after shipping.

You will receive a confirmation by mail once you have placed your order. If you cannot find an mails in your inbox, then try your spam box. If you have tried the above and still cannot fins emails from us, than do not hesitate to contact us for help.
You will receive an email with a track & trace code, once your order has our warehouse.
The track & trace code to follow the journey of your order. International orders may take longer.
If you still cannot find your package or need help, please contact us and we will help you to make sure your order will find its way to you.
Yes you will receive a track & trace code by email.
If you want to place an order and you don't live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany please contact us and we will try help you. Additional shipping fees and custom fees are applicable and may vary. These fees, taxes and other costs are not included in the purchase price.
Returns
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Other orders can can be returned within 14 days after purchase.
Do you want to return an order, do not forget to:
- Contact us here so we are informed about the return beforehand
- Add a return form to your package.
We cannot accept return orders without being contacted first and without a return form. Read the full conditions for shipping and returns here.
Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to (ex)change an item. If you want another colour or size, you can place a new order.
Shipping fees for a return are for your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
Please contact us immediately through our contact form and we will assist you. We would kindly ask you to add a picture for proof. As a picture says more than a thousand words.
Yes we issue a 6 month warranty. If you are dissatisfied with a product after the 14 day return period you can contact us through our contact page and we will look for a suitable solution.
