Conditions Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Returns 

All our items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed. We offer free shipping in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. We accept orders from The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. We ship with PostNL and DHL. When the order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. 

We will only send a product after a payment is cleared. We aim to ship all orders as soon as we soon as possible. All delivery days are estimated. We are not responsible for delays caused by PostNL or DHL for you.  If we cannot ship within 1 or 2 business days due to unforseen circumstances we will contact you as soon as possible.

By ordering from our website, you agree to our general terms and conditions. So read them carefully before you order.

How to return your order?

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty. You can return your other order within 14 days after delivery when our conditions are met by requesting by contacting our customer service.  After requesting a return you can drop off your return order with a filled in return form at a designated location.  Important: Please be aware that we are not able to accept returns without being contacted first and  a return form. 

Return costs will not be reimbursed. If you have any questions about your an item before an order please contact us through our contact form or whatsapp chat.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns take place within 14 days after delivery upon presentation of the original invoice and the return form.  We will not accept returns when we are not first informed and withour a return form.  
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. 
  • the product is returned in the original packaging or with the original (price) tags still attached to it 
  • the product has not been used.
  • Discounted items and custom made items or specially adapted articles for the customer cannot be exchanged nor returned.
  • We remain the right to refuse the returned items, when worn, damaged or incomplete.
  • It is not possible to (ex)change) items of your order. You can place a new order in the webshop. 

  1. Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt and inspection.
  2. Return costs will not be reimbursed. The costs and responsibility of the return are your responsibility unless the condition of your purchase has deteriorated or damaged through no fault of your own. The costs for returning the complete order will be borne by the consumer.  
  3. Kasabada Studio can only transfer the refund to the account with which the original payment was made.
